Subscription Cancellation

Please review our subscription cancellation terms below:

  • Subscriptions are non-cancellable once activated
  • Free and partially available content is provided to help you evaluate the subscription beforehand
  • Users are encouraged to explore available content before subscribing
  • Refunds are available only in limited exception cases (see below)

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not offered by default. Exceptions are considered only in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate or multiple payments charged for the same subscription
  • Technical issues, such as the app not working on the user's device, that our team determines cannot be resolved
  • Content materially different from what was advertised

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Account information and payment details
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)
  • Preferred refund method

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after accessing premium content
  • Partial usage of subscription period
  • Account sharing violations
  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal

Payment Method Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 3-5 business days
  • Digital wallets: 1-3 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
  • Processing times may vary by payment provider

Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:
